FY2027 Budget

Work on the City of Fort Worth budget for fiscal year 2027 is underway! Each year, this process helps us plan how to use public dollars to support city services, programs and projects that matter to our community. The city's fiscal year runs from October 1 through September 30.

Throughout the year, you can also share your budget feedback in the following ways:

• Contact your councilmember
• Speak during public comment at a City Council meeting
• Attend community engagement events (or watch online)

Budget meetings will be taking place throughout the City. The meetings will include a short presentation - followed by Q&A. All meetings will be livestreamed on the City's website and YouTube.
